JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Design efficient business structures and other initiatives to drive revenue and demand growth and work with cross-functional teams to execute
  • Work with cross functional teams to execute on initiatives arising from insights generated
  • Base on market insight, provide growth engine for customer (longtail merchant)
  • Optimize overall funnel from install to loyalty through testing and analyzing all campaign performances, including creative, segmentation, mechanics, etc
  • Perform data analysis weekly and provide recommendation based on customer insights
  • Manage budget allocation and track cost from initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Key skills

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, management/strategic consulting/handling growth strategy for longtail merchants or SME from FMCG/e-commerce/ consulting company.
  • Expertise & exceptional ability in understanding our customers – Retailers, especially at General Trade (GT) channel and FMCG Suppliers/Manufacturers and Brands

  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.
  • Can identify both exponential and incremental growth opportunities.
  • Passion for understanding consumers and bringing their needs to life through your work.
