Product content writing:

  • Work closely with Design squad and Product team as assigned to deliver microcopy for product (UI content, error messages, notifications, release notes,…)
  • Responsible for product content quality, ensure it follows content guidelines and user-friendly
  • Join in the process of designing product (wireframe, UI, visual, content), ensure every elements of a design solve users’ problems consistently
  • Support UX writing’s research process to upgrade and complete writing guidelines for product
  • Collaborate with Visual designers, Product owners to brainstorm and deliver content concepts for special campaigns (Xmas, Tet,…)
Content operation:
  • Manage and responsible for content performance on product through content management system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirement:
  • Minimum of 1 year of content writing (preferably mobile app, web, digital products)
  • Familiar with working with designers, product owners or similar stakeholders
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge and experience in UX and User-centered design
  • Experience in using Mockup tools and understanding Business Analyst documents is a plus.
