JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Description
To provide leadership and management to the supply planning & replenishment function within SC of 1MG
Reporting Line
Head of Supply Chain
Responsibilities:
Supply Planning:
•Manage the interfaces with all suppliers for supply planning, inventory planning, product delivery and new product
planning follow-up.
•Manage and supervise planners for all planning activities to make sure uninterrupted supply plan.
•Ensure orders and deliveries be planned at optimization level balancing between MOQ, cost and risk.
•Ensure the internal transfer orders among DCs/subDC/FCs are planned timely at optimization cost.
•Lead and guide the team on supply plan and inventory monthly analysis and report.
•Manage supply plan for constrained SKUs by providing stock plan by day, by week, by month.
•Facilitate Supply Review meeting.
•Lead continuous improvement for supply planning process and its KPIs.
•Inventory & Replenishment Management:
•Manage inventory modelling at optimum level by SKUs, based on key parameters like Cycle stock, Safety stock,
Replenishment / order lead times, DIFOT, DFA and CFR.
•Manage SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete); Root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions to minimize
write-off cost.
•Periodic assessment of new/existing SKUs to identify candidates for standardization / improvement / removal and to
maintain an optimized portfolio.
•Support for business strategy supply planning.
•Provide training on planning skills to improve competencies for the team members & cross functions
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Key Skills: 

Domain Expertise

▪More than 5 years experience in
▪Supply process in multinational FMCG / Retail company
▪Proven ability to work with relevant stakeholders: suppliers, marketing, sales, logistics
▪Advanced knowledge of supply and inventory management: DIFOT, ABC analysis, SLOB
management, CFR…

▪Understanding logistics operation, retail operation is a plus

Analytics Experience

▪Experience in inventory performance analysis, aging inventory, DOH…
▪Modelling of years to go target / LE sales budget

▪Translate target inventory level into operation capacity

Individual Skills

▪Advance presentation and communication skill
▪Knowledge and understanding of planning systems, ERP and BI tools
▪Strong analytic and statistic skills

▪Fluent in English
