Regional Logistics Head

The Regional Logistics Head manages the DCs and transport operations execution and deals with all logistics matters for that region

DC Operations:

  • Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all DCs matters within the region
  • Managing budgets, organising inbound and outbound activities in DCs
  • Managing inventory according to SOPs, HSE requirements
  • Being part of DC newwork design to gain efficiency from overall supply chain end2end perspective
  • Managing the interaction between DCs and Transport in order to increase productivity, avoid bottle-neck and acheive SLA.

Transport Operations

  • Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organisation
  • Managing budgets, organising schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
  • Conducting regular safety audits on equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping legislation

3PLs Management

  • Supporting and managing 3PLs strategy implementation
  • Being part of new 3PLs assessment, selection and onboarding
  • Ensure there is no interruption of 3PLs operations to the customers by bringing high quality solutions combined with
    optimization and efficiency
  • Continuously driving 3PLs costs and performance improvements
  • Ensure local 3PLs operation running efficiently and follow SOPs
  • 5-7 years of experience including:
  • DC and Transportation operations in Vietnam (and other SEA countries is a plus)
  • 3PLs management
  • Understanding current challenges and opportunities for DC and transport in Vietnam (and other
    SEA countries is a plus)
  • 3PLs strategy, selection and onboarding
  • Understanding formulation of all KPIs in DC and transport performance dashboard
  • Call to actions by reading KPIs dashboard
  • Strong people management and communication skill
  • Strong and very hands on operations implementation
