JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Manager will manage project teams to successfully deliver the project on time and within budget. S/he is responsible for develop the project plan from the
ground, monitoring the resources and progress, and working with other Stakeholders to ensure they are informed and involved. The position will primarily focus on
successfully delivery variously from business improvement program to design and implementing highly complex workflow for the whole BD and Commercial team.

▪ Determine and define project scope and objectives
▪ Planning, organising and managing of the projects
▪ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
▪ Managing project financials – budget, timeline, expenses, staffing
▪ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
▪ Review project requirements and critical milestones, and ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Domain Expertise

▪ 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
▪ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
▪ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
▪ Experience with FMCG, Trading, Retail projects is a plus
▪ PMP certificate is preferred

Analytics Experience

▪ Ability to analyze the project healthy status, inclusive of financial aspects (ETC), schedule and risk

Individual Skills

▪ Excellent written, oral communication and facilitation skills with the ability to employ persuasion skills with
discretion and consideration
▪ Strong business acumen with the desire to continually add value to and ensure accuracy and quality in all
work performed
▪ Documentation and process driven with a high degree of attention to detail
▪ Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
