JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Developing business case, business proposals growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with clients/ partners
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally, especially loyalty service provider and retail industry
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements to improve client solution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High-level communication, negotiation and conflict management/ resolution skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Experience in retail industry, consulting with proven track records
