JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual Business Development Plan to ensure maximum adoption of available SKUs and services.
  • Provide oversight of the business development life cycle and maintain regular communication with all accounts through scheduled visits.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure projected targets in the enterprise business are met through distributors, retailers, corporate, main line and alternative streams.
  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise partners, suppliers and other stakeholders as appropriate. Continuously conduct market research, deeply understand about FMCG industry.
  • Develop solutions, packages and programs that enhance convergence across the financial services product/ service portfolio.
  • Ensure that the department’s personnel have key skills and expertise with regard to each financial services product or service.
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of Partnership’s operational projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Retails, FMCG, E-commerce as Business Development Director/Head
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Retail/ FMCG and E-commerce business models
  • Must be highly organized and able to lead different work teams simultaneously
  • Excellent numeracy and commercial sense, experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Be able to handle end-to-end business development cycle.
  • Proven ability to influence and convince partners, clients and cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting and following up.
  • Hard working, detail oriented, willing to take challenge and pressure.
