JOB DESCRIPTION
D2C (Direct to Consumer) is one of the key businesses in the B2B2C model that VinID is delivering. D2C Business Manager will play a key role in developing the overall strategy to drive sales and achieve targets:
  • Develop strategy and research new product options for the categories
  • Build an in-depth understanding of D2C business strategy and long-term vision; and its implication in New Retails’ business models
  • Provide category insights and proposals by analyzing marketing and customer data and monitoring relevant market conditions
  • Lead D2C growth initiatives, such as pricing optimization, partnership schemes, marketing improvements, product growth, and collaborate with the respective teams
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial teams, etc. to identify levers for achieving business performance targets
  • Develop special arrangements with vendors to enhance product promotions
  • Develop the budget and purchasing plan
  • Work with the tech team to develop the appropriate product and deliver the best user experience
  • Work with the growth and marketing team to achieve targets
  • Work with the operations team to solve logistics & operational challenges
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-5 years experience in retails / ecommerce / FMCG as Business / Category Manager / high growth start up
  • Must be highly organized and able to lead different work teams simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen & proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions
  • Knowledge of business operations and procedures, ability to think strategically
  • Good communication skills, including writing, presenting and following up
  • Hard-working, detail-oriented, willing to take challenge and pressure
