Business Process Optimization Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role manages the day-to-day analysis and optimization of VinID’s business processes in order to improve overall company performance.

Coordinates studies of operational and performance data and identifies opportunities to align business processes with technology solutions.
Ensures implementation of initiatives completed and followed through.
Monitors and highlights outcome of each optimization and automation to management teams.
Acts as a single point of contact to support other teams/departments to improve their productivity by connecting to appropriate solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience in consulting services with a minimum of 5-7 years of working.
A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working in data or products analytics with a proven record of creating business value from data.
Experience visualizing data with tools like Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio is preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
Must be proficient in all MS Office applications with advanced Excel spreadsheet and Power Point skills
Knowledge of e-payments/e-commerce/loyalty industry is a plus.
